GREECE, Idomeni: Refugees and migrants go on their daily life at a makeshift camp on April 4, 2016 at Greece-Macedonian border, near Idomeni village where thousands of people are stranded by the Balkan border blockade. Migrants return from Greece to Turkey begun under the terms of an EU deal that has worried aid groups that same day, as Athens struggles to manage the overload of desperate people on its soil. Over 51,000 refugees and migrants seeking to reach northern Europe are stuck in Greece, after Balkan states sealed their borders. Under the agreement, designed to halt the main influx which comes from Turkey, all irregular migrants arriving since March 20 face being sent back, although the deal calls for each case to be examined individually. For every Syrian refugee returned, another Syrian refugee will be resettled from Turkey to the EU, with numbers capped at 72,000.
