Protest action in front of the Romanian Consulate in Hamburg together with FOUR PFOTEN against the Moerder law PL 912 passed by the Romanian parliament on 22.11.2011,which legalizes the unscrupulous toe-to-death of street dogs. FOUR PFOTEN will hand over this protest to Romanian President Traian Basescu,as only he can overturn the law now. Romania has enacted a law allowing the mass death of stray dogs. Studies have shown that only a nationwide castration of the stray dogs reduces the dog population.
