FRANCE, Paris : A picture is taken of a banner reading Security leading the People referring to the French historic painting Liberty leading the People as people join the Nuit Debout or Standing night movement at the Place de la Republique in Paris on April 2, 2016. A few hundred people rallied to demand the halt of home evictions which can begin the day after the end of the French winter break, after which tenants can be evicted from their homes. They also gathered to show their opposition to the labor reform law in the wake of the nationwide demonstration which took place on March 31, 2016.
