PERU, Lima : Romanian jurist Renate Weber (C), head of the European Union's Electoral Observation Mission to Peru, participates in a press conference on March 15, 2016, upon the mission's arrival in Lima, in advance of the April 10 general election. Weber expressed the mission's concern over the exclusion of presidential candidates at only a few weeks from the election.
