UGANDA, Kampala: Uganda's main opposition leader Kizza Besigye (c) greets his supporters outside the All Saints church, in Nakasero district of Kampala, on February 28, 2016. Few minutes later, his car was blocked by the police and towed, and Besigye was shortly arrested. The recent Uganda's presidential election, officially won by Uganda's veteran leader Yoweri Museveni, was marred by chaos as the Electoral Commission failed to deliver the voting materials to most of the Kampala based polling stations.
