UGANDA, Kampala: The police blocks Uganda's main opposition leader Kizza Besigye's car outside the All Saints church, in Nakasero district of Kampala, on February 28, 2016. Besigye was shortly arrested. The recent Uganda's presidential election, officially won by Uganda's veteran leader Yoweri Museveni, was marred by chaos as the Electoral Commission failed to deliver the voting materials to most of the Kampala based polling stations.
