UGANDA, Kampala: Chief Observer Eduard Kukan answers the press in Kampala as 54 new short-term observers were deployed on February 15, 2016 from the Election Observation Mission's headquarters in Kampala to their respective areas of responsibility across the country to observe voting, counting and tallying ahead of the elections which will be held on February 18.
