ENGLAND, London: Leaders met at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, in London, to discuss a plan to help Syria financially on February 4, 2016. The aim of the meeting is to raise $9 billion dollars for the people who have been displaced by the civil war which has been raging since 2011.
