SWEDEN, Gothenburg: [FILES] Mos Def performs at the Way Out West festival in Gothenburg, Sweden on August 9, 2014.The rapper and movie star was arrested in South Africa the week of January 20, 2016 after allegedly violating the country's immigration laws by attempting to use a world passport to leave the country. He has reportedly been ordered to appear in a South African court on March 8, where he faces numerous charges, including use of a false identity. His family is to leave the country by January 29.
