FRANCE, Calais: People walk on January 25, 2016, in the migrant shantytown on the outskirts of Calais known as the Jungle, where thousands are trying to make their way across the English Channel.A prefectoral decree posted on January 19, 2016, gave people 24 hours to leave the premises of a 100 metre wide strip of land in the jungle, where several small food businesses and restaurants had been set up, before its evacuation and destruction.
