IRAQ, Al-Seneia: The town Al-Seneia is in ruins on January 23, 2016, after the PMU liberated the city from ISIS.The city was liberated on October 14, 2015, according to commander of Imam Ali brigade who spoke with our contributor. ISIS is said to have destroyed much of the town including important building such as schools and hospitals.
