ARGENTINA, Concordia: Drone footage shows the flooded city of Concordia, Argentina on December 28, 2015. The flooding, caused by a dramatic rise in the level of the Rio Uruguay, had begun more than one week prior. The floods have caused the evacuation of more than 170,000 people in Uruguay, Paraguay, northern Argentina, and southern Brazil.
