FRANCE, Halluin: Belgium-France border is seen on a highway in Halluin, northern France, on November 6, 2015, as French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve announced that France will reinstate controls on its borders for a month as part of larger security measures around the Nov. 30-Dec. 11 major U.N. climate conference COP21, in Paris.
