PORTUGAL, Albufeira: The streets of Albufeira, Portugal are completely flooded on November 1, 2015 following heavy rainfall that left at least one person dead and several others homeless in the southern part of the country. The one death reported thus far was of a 79-year-old man, who had intended to go shopping in Boliqueime when his car was overcome by rising water.
