IRAQ, Baghdad : A street of Baghdad, Iraq, under the water after heavy rains on October 29, 2015, resulting a major flooding. According to a spokesman for the meteorological department, more than 2 inches of rain fell on the city in 24 hours. Some motorists were forced to leave their cars when they became stuck in deep water.
