AUSTRALIA, Melbourne: An armed man took over a cafe after charging at police with a meat cleaver on La Trobe street in Melbourne on October 27, 2015.The man initially refused to cooperate and was seen smashing windows and throwing things at police.The street was soon blocked off and a heavily armed special forces unit successfully removed the armed man who was arrested on scene after two hours of negotiations.
