UKRAINE, Kiev: Kiev's mayor Vitaly Klitschko, his wife Natalia, and brother Vladimir Klitschko prepare to cast their ballots at a polling station in Kiev on October 25, 2015. Ukrainians are voting in local elections to choose mayors and representatives to municipal councils in all parts of Ukraine except eastern areas controlled by Russian-backed separatists and in Russian-annexed Crimea. Polling stations are open across all Kiev-administered regions except for Mariupol.
