SOUTH AFRICA, Johannesburg: Thousands of students from two universities marched to the ANC head office in Johannesburg on October 22, 2015 in protest over proposed fee rises. They began at their respective campuses at University of Witwatersrand and the University of Johannesburg to give Gwede Mantashe, the Secretary General of the African National Congress a memorandum in which they asked for free quality education for all.
