[Warning: graphic content]MEXICO, Iztapalapa: A dead man hangs from the Puente La Concordia, a bridge in Iztapalapa, Federal District, Mexico City, Mexico on October 19, 2015. The victim, reportedly close to age 30, was found with his head and body wrapped, and showed signs of torture when he was discovered around 4am local time. While the man's death is still being investigated, Iztapalapa has been listed among the most dangerous neighborhoods in the world.
