GREECE, Athens: Euclid Tsakalotos, Minister of Finance, addresses the plenary session of the Greek Parliament during the debate on the new austerity omnibus bill, in Athens, on October 16, 2015. The Greek Parliament approved with 154 votes of the total of 294 lawmakers present a new omnibus bill on prior actions requested by the country's lenders in order to release about 2 billion euros of bailout money.
