The building is built in 1909, is a rare sample of the inhabited merchant house with a difficult decor of facades, forms building of the historical street (belonged to the Tyumen petty bourgeois S. S. Brovtsin, on May 26, 1917 passed to the doctor O. M. Frenkel).
